Do I Get Started?
In
order to sell real estate in California you
must first obtain a real estate license from
the California Department of Real Estate. Prospective
licensee must:
* Be 18 years of age or older.
* Provide Proof of Legal Presence in U.S
* Be honest and truthful. Conviction of a crime
may result in the denial of a license.
* Provide evidence of successful completion of three real estate courses as required by the California Department of Real Estate.
